Self-lubricating rod end spherical plain bearing. The rod end body is made of carbon steel with a galvanized surface.
The outer ring is made of bronze, with the sliding surface lined with PTFE composite material for efficient self-lubrication, requiring no additional lubrication.
The inner ring is made of bearing steel, hardened, and spherically hard chrome plated, offering excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
·Product Number: SAJK…C 5~30
·Sliding Friction Pair: Steel / PTFE Composite Material
·Operating Temperature Range: -50℃~+150℃
·Optional Configurations:
Customized rod end spherical plain bearings with different pitches or thread precisions are available.
The rod end body and inner ring can be made of stainless steel. An "X" is added after the bearing model number, for example: SAJK…C/X.
·Left-hand Thread Marking:
For left-hand threads, "L" and "left" must be added to the bearing model and thread marking.
