SIBP series rod end spherical plain bearings are made of high-quality carbon steel with a galvanized surface, providing excellent corrosion resistance. A bronze liner embedded in the sliding surface further enhances load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. The inner ring is made of bearing steel, hardened and hard chrome plated, ensuring excellent wear resistance and long-term stable performance. This design provides an ideal solution for high-load and precision applications.
Lubrication Method
·This series of bearings can be lubricated via an oil cup (for models with a bore diameter greater than 6.35mm), ensuring effective lubrication and extending service life.
·For models with a bore diameter less than 6.35mm, this series does not offer a lubrication option, therefore special attention is required for lubrication management.
Operating Temperature Range
The operating temperature range is 50℃ to +150℃, maintaining excellent performance even under extreme temperature conditions.
Customization Options
·This series of rod end spherical plain bearings supports customization with various thread precisions to meet the requirements of specific industry applications.
·If using a left-hand thread, the model number must be marked with "L" or "left," for example: SILBP20S M20×1.5 left 6H, to ensure it meets your precise requirements.
Material Upgrade
The bearing rod end and inner ring can also be made of stainless steel, suitable for use in harsh environments. Stainless steel versions end with "X," for example: SIBP…S/X.
Applications
This series of products is widely used in various equipment requiring high precision and durability, including industrial robots, medical devices, precision measuring instruments, aerospace, and other fields.
