Double Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Double Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings are a type of radial roller bearing characterized by having two rows of rolling elements (cylindrical rollers) to deliver enhanced performance and load capacity. They typically consist of solid outer rings, inner rings, and two sets of rollers. Some designs incorporate a cage (e.g., pressed steel or machined brass), while full-complement designs omit the cage to maximize the number of rollers, thereby achieving an extremely high radial load carrying capacity.

·High Radial Load Capacity: Due to the presence of two roller rows, the radial load carrying capacity is significantly higher than single-row cylindrical roller bearings, making them ideal for heavy-duty applications.

·Design Types: Common design series include NN and NNU.
·NNU Type: Features a double-ribbed outer ring and a separable inner ring.
·NN Type: Features a triple-ribbed inner ring and a separable outer ring.
