JXR637050 is a crossed tapered roller thrust bearing featuring a 90° crossed tapered roller arrangement, distinguishing it from conventional RB series crossed cylindrical roller bearings. It can simultaneously accommodate radial loads, axial loads, and overturning moments, while offering high rigidity, high-speed capability, and low friction torque. These characteristics make it suitable for precision rotary applications.
90° Crossed Tapered Roller Arrangement: The bearing consists of two rows of mutually perpendicular raceways with tapered rollers arranged alternately at 90°. Nylon spacers are positioned between the rollers to prevent roller tilting and mutual friction, ensuring smooth and stable operation.
Large Taper Angle Design: The tapered roller geometry provides an effective bearing span significantly greater than the bearing width, enabling the bearing to withstand larger overturning moments and maintain excellent rotational stability.
Combined Load-Carrying Capacity: A single bearing can simultaneously accommodate combined radial loads, axial loads, and overturning moments. This design simplifies the overall machine structure and reduces installation space requirements.
Excellent High-Speed Performance: Benefiting from the geometric characteristics of tapered rollers, the bearing offers a higher limiting speed than RB series crossed cylindrical roller bearings, while generating lower friction torque. It is suitable for precision, high-speed rotary applications.
