Structural Features

Integrated Inner and Outer Rings with Pre-Machined Mounting Holes: The inner and outer rings feature an integrated structure with pre-machined mounting holes, allowing direct bolt fastening without additional flanges or support housings. This design minimizes the impact of installation on bearing performance, helping maintain stable rotational accuracy and torque transmission.
90° Orthogonal Crossed Roller Arrangement: Cylindrical rollers are arranged alternately within V-shaped raceways. A single bearing can simultaneously accommodate radial loads, axial loads, and overturning moments, providing strong adaptability to combined multidirectional loads while maintaining a compact structure and high rigidity.
Gearless Design: The bearing has no integral gear teeth, allowing it to work with external drive systems. It can be combined with external gear rings, direct-drive (DD) motors, and other drive components to form precision rotary mechanisms, offering flexibility in drive configuration.
Thin-Section Seals on Both Sides: Thin-section sealing elements are installed on both sides of the bearing to help prevent dust ingress and retain internal lubricant over extended periods, supporting reliable operation under various working conditions.
High-Precision Options: Precision grades P5, P4, and P2 are available to meet the accuracy requirements of demanding precision rotary applications.
