RB type crossed roller bearings (integral inner ring, split outer ring) employ a special structural design consisting of two sets of crossed rollers, each set offset by 90 degrees. This structure gives the RB type bearing high rigidity and load-bearing capacity when subjected to radial, axial, and tilting moments. Simultaneously, the crossed arrangement of the rollers effectively utilizes the internal space of the bearing, making the RB type bearing more compact in size.
Bearing Features:
1. High Precision: Precision can reach P4 and P2 grades;
2. High Rigidity: This series of bearings all have preload;
3. High Load Capacity: Can withstand axial loads, radial loads, and overturning loads;
4. Compact Size: The bearing's small size saves space in the host machine.
Advantages of RB Precision Crossed Roller Bearings Compared to Traditional Bearings:
1. Structural Aspects: The structure of RB precision crossed roller bearings is much simpler than that of traditional bearings. Through multiple rows of cylindrical rolling elements, considerable axial and radial load-bearing capacity and overturning moment can be achieved, resulting in a much simpler structure.
Traditional bearings require multiple sets arranged sequentially to achieve the same effect, which greatly simplifies design and assembly. The three-row roller combination slewing bearing structure and the single-row raceway structure of crossed roller bearings require significantly less space and are much easier to assemble compared to traditional bearings.
2. Installation: The RU, XU, and XSU series crossed roller bearings also feature mounting holes, achieving comparable installation and performance.
3. Maintenance: Crossed roller bearings are designed with lubrication holes and grooves, facilitating lubrication. They use aviation-grade grease, reducing the need for frequent grease changes and ensuring bearing stability and lifespan.
Applications:
RB type bearings are widely used in machine tools, industrial machinery, robots, and automation equipment. They can withstand high-speed rotation and complex loads while maintaining high precision and rigidity. Therefore, RB type bearings are particularly suitable for equipment requiring high-precision positioning and stability, such as worktables and articulated mechanisms.
