This bearing features two sets of raceways and rollers combined at right angles, with the rollers arranged in an alternating, crisscross pattern. The cross-sectional height of the bearing is similar to that of a single-row bearing structure, thus saving installation space and housing material. The large taper angle and tapered geometric design allow the overall bearing system to effectively manage a span that is several times the width of the bearing itself. The crossed tapered rollers are capable of accommodating high overturning moments (tilting torque).
Structural Features
The JXR type offers a compact structure, high rigidity, and high precision. It is capable of simultaneously carrying radial load, axial load, and overturning moment (tilting moment). Additionally, it boasts the advantages of high rotation speed capability and saving space and material.
