The SAZJ series extruded rod end spherical plain bearings feature a carbon steel rod end body with a galvanized surface for excellent corrosion resistance. The inner ring is made of bearing steel, hardened, and hard chrome plated, ensuring wear resistance and high precision during long-term use. The extruded design of the bearing results in a compact and reliable structure, suitable for various industrial applications.
Operating Temperature Range
50℃ to +150℃, enabling stable operation in extreme temperature environments.
Lubrication Method
The bearings offer flexible lubrication options: except for small bores (less than 6.35mm), other models can be lubricated via an oil cup or rod end eyelet, ensuring smooth and long-lasting operation.
Customization Options
Different thread precisions can be provided to meet various precision application requirements.
Left-hand Thread Version
For left-hand thread models, please add "L" or "LH" after the bearing model number, for example: SALZJ12 1/2 20UNF 2ALH.
Material Options:
The rod end body and inner ring of this series can be made of stainless steel, suitable for applications requiring higher corrosion resistance. An "X" is added after the model number to indicate the stainless steel version, for example: SAZJ…/X.
Applications:
SAZJ series rod end spherical plain bearings are widely used in various equipment requiring high precision, high rigidity, and long-term durability, and are particularly suitable for industrial robots, medical equipment, aerospace, and precision instruments.
