SIZP series rod end spherical plain bearings are made of carbon steel with a galvanized finish, providing excellent corrosion resistance. The sliding surfaces are equipped with bronze liners, significantly improving wear resistance and service life. The inner ring is made of high-strength bearing steel, hardened and hard chrome plated, offering superior hardness and durability. Except for models with a bore diameter less than 6.35mm, all other models support cup lubrication to ensure long-term efficient operation.
Temperature Range
Suitable for temperatures from -50℃ to +150℃, adaptable to various extreme environmental conditions.
Lubrication Instructions
·Models with a bore diameter less than 6.35mm are not lubricated.
·For other models, cup lubrication is supported to reduce friction and extend service life.
Customization Options
·Rod end spherical plain bearings with different thread precisions can be provided according to customer requirements to ensure that precision requirements meet specific applications.
·Stainless steel can be used for the rod end body and inner ring, suitable for highly corrosive environments. The model number is marked with an "X", e.g., SIZP…S/X.
Left-hand thread marking
If a left-hand thread version is required, the model number must be marked with "L" or "LH". For example: SILZP12S 1/2-20UNF-2B LH, to ensure accurate identification.
