XU300515 is a toothless crossed roller slewing bearing equipped with lip seals on both sides. The rollers are arranged orthogonally along V-shaped raceways, forming a four-point contact structure. A single bearing can simultaneously accommodate axial loads, radial loads, and overturning moments. With its compact design and high rigidity, it is suitable for rotary mechanisms driven by external drive systems. Typical applications include construction machinery, medical imaging equipment, industrial rotary tables, wind power systems, and solar tracking equipment.
Crossed Roller Four-Point Contact Structure: The rollers are arranged orthogonally along V-shaped raceways, allowing a single bearing to simultaneously accommodate axial loads, radial loads, and overturning moments. This configuration provides high load-carrying capacity and excellent rotational rigidity.
Toothless Design: The bearing has no integral gear teeth and is designed for use with external drive systems. It can be paired with drive components such as external gear rings or direct-drive (DD) motors to meet the requirements of various rotary mechanism designs.
Double-Sided Lip Seals: Lip seals are fitted on both sides of the bearing to help prevent dust and other contaminants from entering while retaining the internal lubricant, supporting stable operation over extended periods in industrial environments.
Integrated Mounting Holes: Both the inner and outer rings are pre-drilled with 18 mounting holes of φ26 mm diameter. These holes allow the bearing to be secured directly to the mating structure with bolts, eliminating the need for additional flange machining and simplifying equipment assembly.
