XSU Crossed Roller Bearings (Integrated Inner and Outer Rings)
XSU crossed roller bearings have mounting holes machined integrally on both the inner and outer rings, eliminating the need for additional mounting flanges and support seats. Their integrated inner and outer ring structure ensures that installation has virtually no impact on bearing performance, providing stable rotational accuracy and torque output. Suitable for applications where either the outer or inner ring rotates.
Structural Features
·Utilizes a crossed roller structure, with cylindrical rollers arranged vertically on a 90° V-groove rolling surface separated by isolation blocks, allowing simultaneous bearing of radial, axial, and torque loads.
·Compact inner and outer ring dimensions, with an ultra-thin design approaching the limits of miniaturization, combining high rigidity with high precision grades of P5, P4, and P2.
Applications
Suitable for industrial robot joints and rotating parts, machining center rotary tables, precision rotary platforms, and high-end equipment in medical devices, military applications, and IC manufacturing plants.
