RE-type crossed roller bearings are split-inner-ring, one-piece-outer-ring cross roller bearings. They are a type of bearing with a rotating outer ring structure. The main dimensions of RE-type crossed roller bearings are the same as those of RB-type crossed roller bearings. They are best suited for applications requiring high outer ring rotational accuracy. RE-type crossed roller bearings feature optimized preload, high rigidity, and high guide roller rotation accuracy. They are suitable for applications requiring high outer ring rotational accuracy. The thin-walled, compact design contributes to the lightweight design of related structures, and the integral outer ring structure is more suitable for applications requiring high outer ring rotational accuracy, achieving stable rotational accuracy at the μm level.
Bearing Features
1. High Precision: Accuracy can reach P4 and P2 grades;
2. High Rigidity: All bearings in this series are preloaded;
3. High Load Capacity: Can withstand axial loads, radial loads, and overturning loads.
4. Compact Size: The bearing's compact size saves space in the host machine.
6. High rotational speed capability
7. Reduced shaft length and machining costs; limited changes in geometry due to thermal expansion.
8. Nylon separators result in low moment of inertia, low starting torque, and easy control of angular indexing.
9. Optimized preload, high rigidity, and high precision in guiding roller movement.
10. Carburized steel provides excellent impact resistance and surface wear resistance.
11. Simple yet well-lubricated.
FAQ:
The split inner or outer ring, once secured with bolts and nuts, cannot be separated and can be directly installed into the bearing housing. However, incorrect assembly of the internal spacer block will significantly affect rotational performance and the stress on the rolling elements; therefore, please do not disassemble the bearing arbitrarily.
1. The joint between the inner or outer ring may sometimes be slightly misaligned. Before installing into the bearing housing, loosen the bolts securing the inner or outer ring and correct them with a plastic hammer before installation.
2. Do not apply external force to the connecting bolts during installation or disassembly. 3. Please pay attention to the dimensional tolerances of the installed components to ensure that the side-clamping flange can firmly clamp the inner or outer ring from the side.
Applications:
Widely used in precision rotary tables, robotic arm rotary joints, medical devices, measuring instruments, etc.
